Our students can request the following documents:

• Student Certificate (in Turkish or English) (for students who have an active course registration in the current semester)
• Transcript (in Turkish or English)
• Disciplinary Status Document

They are required to request these documents electronically signed via the Student Information System (OBS).

In addition, you can also obtain the Student Certificate and Transcript through the E-Government (E-Devlet) portal by logging in with your e-government password.

How to Request a Document from OBS?

https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/ Log in by clicking on "Student Login". Then, from the menu on the left, follow User Operations > Document Request to request an electronically signed document. Once the requested document is approved, the "Show Document" button will become active next to the document. By clicking this button, you can either print the document or download it in PDF format. Documents will be provided electronically signed through the system, and the verification code will be placed at the bottom of the page. Therefore, no physical signature or stamp is required.
